All members should familiarize themselves with the following ASC card rules and regulations and please enjoy all your member benefits. • New Mexico Law prohibits persons less than 21 years of age from engaging in gaming activities.
  
  
• Membership and benefits are non-transferable.
  
  
• The player is responsible for ensuring that Apache Spirit Club card is properly inserted into the card reader, and “Card Accepted” is displayed on the card reader.
  
  
• Proper identification and Apache Spirit Club card must be presented to redeem points.
  
  
• Lack of activity on Apache Spirit Club card after 12 months may invalidate membership and accrued points and benefits.
  
  
• Duplicate cards can be issued only with proper identification.
  
  
• The Apache Spirit Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards.
  
  
• Management reserves the right to adjust any point balance resulting from fraud, malfunction or operator errors.
  
  
• All disputes and subsequent decisions by management are final and binding.
  
  
• It is against Apache Spirit Club policy for members to distribute cards to other players for the purpose of accruing points.
  
  
• Membership in the Apache Spirit Club may be revoked at any time at the management’s discretion.
  
  
• Management reserves the right to cancel, change or revise policies and benefits at any time without notice.
